Founded in 2003, Miller Engineering is a provider of professional engineering services to facility owners, architects, and contractors in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland.

Services range through all facets of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design to construction administration, project management, or refurbishment. Known through the region for our work on buildings and campuses, as well as new and renovated aquatic facility design.

Miller Engineering has extensive expertise in new design as well as building revitalization. Our team has worked in both private and public sectors and is familiar with many methods of project delivery from classic design/bid/build to full design/build with partnering. Miller Engineering has completed successful projects with minimal change orders for clients for over 15 years. Our goal is not only to design a system that works for the project, but design a system that can actually be constructed and maintained based on the project budget, needs, and goals of the owner.

Each and every project is approached with a detailed assessment process: identification and interview of key stakeholder’s goals, formulation of timeline, field study, building usage survey, and consult meetings with anyone involved in helping the project come to successful fruition.
